End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fabtech Portal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

8. Service Availability

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FABTECH PORTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fabtech Portal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of this EULA.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fabtech Portal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fabtech Portal regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
